  I called to find out a price for a PS4 and the owner is the person who answered. Normally, I would have called from my cell but I was at work and decided not to use my data so I used the company phone. When the guy answered I said "hello, how much is a ps4?" He said "what"? I then repeated the question. Then he asks "what is your name" I immediately felt this was odd since i was just price checking. I told him and he said "well my caller id says you are calling from ******** so thank you" and he hung up on me. I called back from my cell number and then asked him to explain to me why he hung up on me. He then asked me again "who is this" and i told him again and this time told him I work at ****** and I am a store manager there and at the time I happened to be at work, at my desk,. on the work phone. He responded "we got disconnected, I didn't hang up on you, but you can say whatever you want." First of all, his attitude was proof enough that he was just not wanting to admit he was wrong. Secondly, he said thank you before hanging up on me so he meant to end that call. I have heard from locals in that area that they will not go there anymore due to his attitude. In the past, I have bought movies and a PS4 so naturally i wanted to go to them since I want another. The lady that works in there is awesome. She has always smiled and spoke to me like a welcome guest in their store. He is not a friendly person. My family and myself have spent a lot of money in there but none of us will be back ever again. I suggest trying another pawn shop that will treat you like a person and not a payday.

  Very friendly good store and quality items. I have purchased 2 I-Pads and a laptop also a wedding band from them and I have always been very happy witty all of my purchases
