  Began calling the phone number in late May. I would leave messages, but would not get a call back. I finally emailed the address listed. I received a response the same day explaining that "Brian" hadn't been able to "get to his voice messages yet". I reserved an inflatable for our company picnic which was 18 June. So, 2.5 weeks in advance. I was told it would be set up no later than 11 am since the picnic started at noon. That morning, Brian called for directions. I want to add that our picnic was held on Fort Knox and Brian stated that he had set up at Knox before. This made me think he knew about the process of obtaining access at the gates of Knox. He called again at 11:30, half an hour after the castle was to be set up to tell me he was at the gate and had at least 5 people in line ahead of him to get a pass. He called 15 minutes later (11:45-picnic started at noon) to tell me that his vehicle registration had expired and he was not able to get on base. I doubt he ever made the trip to Fort Knox to "attempt" to support our picnic. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Shady business. Oh! I forgot, he said "sorry". No offer of a discount for a future set up, nothing. NADA. Very unprofessional way to do business, or to not do business. Don't waste your time.
